Information you choose to share.

The estimate form collects your name, phone number, email, project ZIP code, service interest, approximate opening count, notes, and permission to contact you about the request. Avoid sending financial account information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in project notes.

How an inquiry is handled.

We use inquiry information to review your project, respond, coordinate next steps, and keep a record of the conversation. Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. Inquiry details, contact permission and campaign attribution are also sent to our GoHighLevel account so our team can manage your request. Authorized business personnel and service providers may access information as needed to handle the request. We do not use the inquiry checkbox as permission for automated marketing calls or texts.

Your private client portal.

The portal stores your account email, project address, order and schedule information, permit milestones, project conversations, and documents uploaded by the True Impact team. Netlify Identity handles sign-in and recovery emails; private Netlify storage holds project records and files. Access is limited to the assigned client account and the portal administrator. Essential authentication cookies and browser storage keep you signed in. The portal does not load optional marketing analytics. Use the contact form for account or document access and correction requests.

Attribution and browser storage.

The site records the landing-page path, referring website origin, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers when present, and submission time with an inquiry. Session storage preserves these details as you navigate during a visit. Your form entries are not sent to optional analytics events. Do not put personal information in advertising URLs.

Optional analytics.

Analytics integrations are inactive unless configured. When enabled, optional measurement tools load only after you accept analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed using Cookie choices in the footer when the tools are enabled. Declining does not prevent an estimate request. A configured analytics provider may process usage data under its own policies.

Retention, choices, and requests.

We retain inquiry information as needed for the project conversation, business records, and applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, through the contact form by identifying your request in the notes. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required.

Linked websites have their own privacy practices. This site is intended for adults arranging residential services and does not knowingly solicit children’s information. We may update this policy as services change; the date above identifies the current version.
