Who issues the permit for my address?
The building department with jurisdiction over your property, which is not always the city in your mailing address. We confirm the right jurisdiction for your address before applying, and the permit documents list the product approval for every opening.
Do you work with condominiums and HOAs?
Yes. Condo and HOA projects need the association’s approval as well as the building permit. We help you gather the product documents, exterior selections and installation details the association asks for.
