Questions about our manufacturers.

Costs, timing, approvals, and the details worth asking about.

All your questions, answered
Which manufacturers does True Impact install?

We install impact windows and doors from Mr. Glass, GIG Windows, Eurocraft, ES Windows, EMC Windows, ECO, PGT and CWS. We are an authorized dealer for Mr. Glass, GIG Windows, Eurocraft, ES Windows and EMC Windows, and also supply and install ECO, PGT and CWS.

Where can I find a manufacturer’s approvals and installation documents?

Each manufacturer below links its own catalog or document library and our product-approvals page for that brand. Every approval can also be checked in the Florida Product Approval search or the Miami-Dade product approval (NOA) records.

How do I choose between manufacturers?

Start with the opening: its size, how it should open, the design pressure where your home sits and the approval that covers the exact series, size and glass. We recommend the series that fits, our brand pages show where each series sits on cost within its product type, and we can quote another brand if you want to compare.

Does each manufacturer have its own warranty?

Yes. Each manufacturer publishes its own limited warranty, linked below where it is available online. The warranty document governs, and the documents for your project come with your proposal.
